Rev. Ann Renee is a Wholistic Practitioner. A Wholistic Practitioner views, addresses and treats the totality of each individual. Taking into consideration and treating the imbalances that may reside within the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Wounding and imbalance do not solely occur within the physical matter of the body. Wounding and imbalance also occur within the heart, the emotions, the mind and the soul. Rev. Ann Renee is a Curandera. Curandera literally translated means healer. A Curandera has knowledge of and uses ancient indigenous healing traditions within a treatment session. Curenderismo is a rich healing tradition that has been practiced around the world for over 40,000 years. This is a heart centered healing work that involves the coming together of two energies within a sacred space, that of the curandera and that of the individual being treated. Each individual healing path is honored as sacred, for each path is as unique as a finger print. The Curendera works in a wholistic manner taking into consideration not solely the physical body but also what is going on within the heart, emotions, mental processes and soul of each individual. Rev. Ann Renee is a Certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher. She received her Usui Reiki Master Teacher level certification through the Redwood Well-being Network from Reiki Master Teacher Joanne Hibbert, R.N., T.T.P. The word "reiki" is Japanese for "Universal Life Force." Dr. Mikao Usui rediscovered this ancient healing modality in the late nineteenth century. Trauma Touch Therapy is a certified program designed to meet the needs of clients with trauma and abuse histories. This innovative work enables the client to discover the gift within the wound. Trauma Touch Therapists encourage empowerment and choice, which aids the client in accessing their somatic issues in a safe, nurturing environment. She received her certification in Massage Therapy from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado and has over 2,000 hours of training in the field of massage therapy. She was also recognized by the school upon graduation with a letter of honorable mention for excellence in study and practice of massage therapy. She was given this award for the exceptional energy and effort put forth above and beyond the ordinary, in developing herself as an outstanding practitioner.

Holistic Advanced Energy Techniques: For those who are ready to take the next steps in their Evolutionary Process. These techniques work with and support the ascension process through: 12 strand DNA Activation, Personal Axion Grid Work, Transpersonal Chakra Work, Advanced Kundalini Work, Multidimensional Aspect Work, Sacred Geometry and Light Body Activation.
Aromatherapy and Essential Oil Therapy: This is a holistic therapy that deeply influences and shifts one's well-being, physically, emotionally and spiritually. The use of essential oils is a healing medium that has the ability to penetrate to the deepest core issues of illness and imbalance. It involves the extraction and use of the natural essential oils of the plant kingdom. The essential oil of a plant gives that plant its characteristic odor. It is said that these herbal oils contain and hold the soul of the plant. The healing abilities and properties of these oils have been used for over 5,000 years. When applied properly there are no harmful side effects. Application of the essential oils may involve inhalation or application to the skin where the oils are readily absorbed by the body. Rev. Ann Renee offers customized Essential Oil Blends that address your individual needs.
Sound Therapy: The Shamanistic use of healing with sound and music has ancient roots stretching back to the infancy of humankind. Rev. Ann Renee may use toning, sounding, chanting or tuning forks in a treatment session. She uses tuning forks specifically designed for health and healing. The tuning fork is "toned" or struck on an activator. The stem of the tuning fork may then be placed on acupoints found on the body. Rev. Ann Renee also uses the tuning forks to balance, cleanse and align the chakras, auric field and meridians. Rev. Ann Renee may also suggest the home use of sounding and toning (using your own voice) during meditation.
Chakra and Aura Treatments: This modality of energy work is used to diagnose, clear and balance the seven major energy centers and the human energy field. Rev. Ann Renee works with the seven major chakras that radiate from the central nerve ganglia of the spinal column. Each of these energy centers exchanges energy with the Universal Energy Field. These energy centers (chakras) are also openings for energy flow into and out of the human energy field (aura). Long distance (remote) scans and readings are available.
Swedish Massage: This type of Massage Therapy is an excellent therapy for relaxation, stress relief and general tension relief. It is also extremely effective in improving circulation of blood and lymph. Rev. Ann Renee uses various techniques when applying Swedish Massage which may include; cupping and/or tapping motions, muscle kneading, rocking and/or shaking motions, joint range of motion (JROM), stretching, friction and long gliding strokes. Rev. Ann Renee uses Aromatherapy in conjunction with the Swedish Massage.
Deep Tissue Massage: Rev. Ann Renee applies Deep Tissue Therapy to reach into the deeper layers of muscle tissue. This may involve the use of slow, firm, deep gliding strokes and/or friction across the grain of the muscles. Chronically tense muscle tissue restricts proper blood circulation and causes the body to fatigue. This type of Massage Therapy releases chronic patterns of muscle tension and may also relieve chronic pain, headaches, and many other disorders.
Neuro-Muscular Therapy (NMT): This Massage Therapy is extremely effective in relieving most chronic pain; including back, shoulder, neck, migraine, and TMJ. Rev. Ann Renee applies a firm, constant holding pressure to trigger points on the body. This pressure interrupts the nerves repetitive and imbalanced signal into the muscle tissue. This therefore, relieves the intense knot of muscle pain and tension. These knots or pain points (trigger points) usually radiate pain to other areas of the body.
Mayofascial Release: This form of bodywork can restore normal function and alignment within the body, eliminating chronic pain. The fascia of your body is a connective tissue that encases the muscles and organs of your body much like cellophane. Fascia can become bunched or crimped causing poor circulation and chronic pain. Rev. Ann Renee applies firm and consistent pressure to the tissue in what can feel like a pulling or pushing motion. Mayofascial Release treats many painful or chronic conditions.
